In the article the problem of modernization of pupils’ individual training by the  means of modern computer-focused educational environment is considered. There are presented criteria to define the ICT-competence level of the teachers working in a virtual class, as well as, are described six levels of ICT-competence, namely: "know", “minimum base”, "base", "deepened", "research", "expert". It is presented the model of integration of a virtual class in teaching and educational process, features of virtual training are defined, the technology of a conference which is a base of a virtual class functioning is described, the analysis of traditional, distance learning and learning in a virtual class is analized. In the article the research of a virtual class as computer-focused educational environment is presented.
