The paper carried out a retrospective analysis of the development of learning systems, based on the use of information and communication technologies. It was determined the approaches of research had been developed in Ukraine and abroad from 60-70-ies of XX century, considered educational and psycho-pedagogical aspects of the application of information technology training at different stages of development.
