The article is devoted to the problem of forming of logical culture in the process of usage of information technologies, namely of computer programs for upgrading of teachers’ preparation and application of logical culture as a strategy during the work with Internet resources. The special attention is paid to the educational project as one of effective types of work in the process of forming of logical culture.
