Increasing age is associated with an increased risk of osteoporosis. With increasing age, bone growth will decrease. From the information above, there are still many women who are affected by osteoporosis, but still do not know about the factors that cause osteoporosis itself, this is supported by researchers interviewing 10 women, of which 6 women are less aware of osteoporosis prevention, 6 women respond unfavorably to prevention of osteoporosis. Meanwhile, 4 other women said they already knew osteoporosis prevention after experiencing osteoporosis. 6 women said about their habit of rarely exercising, 4 other women had a healthy lifestyle after experiencing osteoporosis. This study aims to determine the factors associated with osteoporosis. The design of this study is descriptive quantitative with a cross sectional approach with the sampling method in this study is total sampling. The sample in this study consisted of 31 women with osteoporosis at the Embung Fatimah Hospital in Batam City and the data were analyzed using the chi-square test. The results showed that there was a relationship between respondents' knowledge of the incidence of osteoporosis in the Embung Fatimah Hospital, Batam City, there was a relationship between the respondents' attitudes towards the incidence of osteoporosis at the Embung Fatimah Hospital, Batam City, there was a relationship between the respondents' lifestyle and the incidence of osteoporosis at the Embung Fatimah Hospital, Batam City.
