The justice system was unprepared for the dangers of the Coronavirus pandemic, both inPoland and everywhere in the world. However, the need for safeguarding fundamentalcivil rights, such as human life and health, has always been the highest priority. In thisnote the measures aimed to protect every during the pandemic in Poland were studied andconcluding remarks to be learned were proposed.Key words: COVID-19, civil justice, judiciary, oral hearings, procedural time-limits.
