A large amount of free fluid was noted intraperitoneally during caesarean section. Postoperatively ascites fluid continued to come through drain. Patient developed respiratory distress, hypertension and hypoproteinemia. Which were managed by multidisciplinary approach. These patients need intense surveillance to prevent complication.
