Injury to the birth canal following vaginal delivery is not an uncommon condition. It causes PPH. Early detection of injury site and control of bleeding is an emergency. Delay detection of injury may causes the maternal morbidity and or mortality as well as. Here we present three cases of birth canal injury following vaginal delivery.
