Topological descriptors/indices are very significant in the study of intrinsic properties of chemical graphs and nanostructures. These indices are used to extract information from the symmetry of molecular graphs and are based on some of the graph invariants such as the vertex degree, distance, and spectrum. This article computes reverse degree-based topological indices of two commonly used antiviral drugs, namely Oseltamivir and Zanamivir. We also discuss the graphical behavior of the indices of these compounds.
