In today’s scenario the consumer electronics market demands the reliable, high efficient electronic gadgets with minimum size at very reasonable cost. Usually the power supply unit plays an important role in deciding the above said factors. The main objective of the work is to design a VRM (Voltage Regulator Module) which results in highly efficient minimum size power supply unit. This work aims to achieve this using 35nm process with input voltage of 12V and output voltage of 1V. Also aiming to produce an independent controller for VRM applications.
