Principles and grammer help to understnad a language. As the Holy Qur’an, which is the final and revealed message of almighty Allah is in arabic so an exegetist of this holy book must be possessed full command on basic principles (Qawaid.i.Lughwiyah Usuliyah) framed by theologians (Usuleya) Mere dictionary’s explanation or human intellect is not sufficient to understand the true spirit of meaning of the versus. In this article, I have tried to throw light on importance of Ghair Wadheuddala’lah words for an exegetist, especially MutashÉbehÉt is very important and senstive topic in this regard. After explaining definitions & basic rules of Ghair Wadheuddala’lah, I have also tried to touch a few relevant deviated instances to prove their importance in exegession of the Holy Qur’an.Keywords: Qawaid.e.Lughwiyah, Khafi, Mushkil, Mutashabih
