The innovator scholar, talented pedagogue, creative person (on the 85-th anniversary of Arkady Sokolov)

Professor Arkady Sokolov, Ph. D. (Pedagogy) is a prominent scholar. The author highlights themes and publications unique for Sokolov: the future for libraries, library science and bibliography, humanism, intelligencia and library intellectuals, social informatics, social communications, philosophy of information.
