采用加压溶剂萃取气相色谱-质谱法测定固体废物中64种半挥发性有机物的含量。用二氯甲烷-丙酮1+1混合液进行萃取所得萃取物用弗罗里硅土固相萃取小柱净化用气相色谱分离、质谱检测内标法定量。64种半挥发性有机物在一定质量浓度内与其峰面积成线性方法检出限为0.02mg/kg0.11mg/kg、测定下限为0.08mg/kg0.44mg/kg。以灰渣样品为基质进行加标回收实验其相对偏差n=6为0.7%20.4%所得回收率在44%129%之间。
