双目测距系统在建设过程中其作用原理是通过两个镜头完成对同一目标的拍摄之后通过对于两幅图像中存在特征点的引用借助SURF算法以计算对于目标事物和镜头之间直线距离的计算。但是在这类镜头的建设过程中会由于加工误差的存在导致最终的计算误差过大甚至一些极端情况下导致设备失效所以需要做好自校准工作提高该系统的测量精度。
