本文论述了一种超强超韧耐高温管材是以聚氯乙烯为主要原材料通过配方改进、模具设计、混料工艺调整、生产设备改进、生产工艺完善等手段以解决目前应用于电力和通信管的聚氯乙烯管材存在的强度相对较低、韧性相对较差、耐高温性能不好、且抗冲击性能欠佳不能满足施工需要的问题。与聚乙烯管材相比该管材因弹性模量较大故有着较好的强度和抗冲击性能与聚丙烯管材相比该管材有着较好的耐低温脆性和抗压强度。
