飞机进气道多采用薄蒙皮与角材连接的铆接结构外场使用中易出现蒙皮裂纹及掉钉等故障若铆接通道不畅维修会花费大量时间。因此亟待找出一种进气道的快速修理方法以满足飞机外场使用要求。文中以飞机进气道抽钉、铆钉连接结构振动疲劳性能对比试验为依据从试验方案的选取、试验件及夹具的设计、试验结果分析等方面对抽钉、铆钉连接件的振动疲劳寿命进行对比并进一步论述使用抽钉对飞机进气道进行快速修理的可行性。
