在钻井工作中绞车是钻井工作的重要设备随着钻井设备的发展所用的绞车有30D等多种设备分别采用气胎式离合器和悬停控制绞车滚筒运动70LDB绞车低速离合器就是采用气囊包裹闸瓦片结构是现场施工设备的薄弱环节。在遇到钻井井眼不规则需要反复上下活动钻具时气胎离合器推动闸瓦片与低速摩擦鼓摩擦时会产生很高的温度极易烧坏气囊和降低闸瓦片的寿命一旦设备出现故障现场组织配件比较困难耗费时间比较长如何快速解决生产中的气胎离合器故障及时恢复设备性能是钻井现场急需解决的难题。
