根据阜康冶炼厂镍精炼节能降耗研究项目方案论证确定拟采用硫镍矿两段常压浸出—两段加压浸出—C272分离镍钴—电积镍生产工艺。因此加压浸出—萃取—电积是本研究项目试验的重点及难点所在。近年以来利用我厂原有部分加压浸出设备设施及二段闲置常压浸出釜先后进行了公司上游单位自产高冰镍加细粒合金的两段常压—一段加压浸出的半工业试验试验取得了较好的效果镍钴浸出率大于95%镍钴的直收率在97%以上并且常压浸出液的铜铁基本均在0.01g/l以下为C272萃取分离镍钴及电积试验提供了条件。
