以徐工QAY300全地面汽车起重机为原型通过ANSYS软件建立其梁单元的仿真模型。梁单元采用beam188单元。然后模拟研究全地面汽车起重机360°吊装过程中主要起重构件的受力和变形着重对起重机的支腿反力进行计算和分析得出在吊装过程中四个支腿反力的变化情况进一步确定出在相应起吊角度时受力最大的支腿。
