This article describes the construction of a software called Care Plan Oncology in nursingclinical oncology, the application is free and easy to handle, Constructed to seek information on the treatment ofoncological clinical patient performed in hospital or at home relating the care chemotherapeutic, food with careand ostomy and even in the pursuit of health care services (Oncological Clinics, Home care, pharmacies, etc.), andsocial rights of people with cancer. And also offers tips for formal and informal caregivers assist in the treatmentand care to cancer patients. In addition, the Care Plan Oncology provides a daily monitoring to chemotherapywith real-time interaction with the multi-professional team and scheduling appointments, chemotherapeutic cyclesamong others.
