Endometrial cavity fluid (ECF) is a clear sonolucent fluid collection between the layers of the endometrialcavity. There is generally a consensus that if excessive fluid is noted in the uterine cavity, embryo implantationwill be affected. Hydrosalphinx contributes to most of the cases of ECF. Other causes include endometriosis,PCOS and endometritis. Some cases are idiophatic and recurrent and often pose a challenge to the treatingphysician. Here in we report a rare case of successful pregnancy in a patient with ECF which was resistantto aspiration multiple times during endometrial preparation.
