Foodborne diseases are globally important because of their high incidence and the costs that they impose on eachsociety and their people’s activities. Symptoms of foodborne illnesses depend on the causes and the incubation periodthat can range from several hours to 1 week and can be caused by the process from food production to consumptionprocess. We have got data for a complex epidemiological and clinical study, for 5 years 2014-2018 and were able todetermine useful facts, several interpretations and conclusions, from our Transylvania region in Romania, for 18,890cases of this disease
