Autoimmune Polyendocrine Syndromes (APS) are a raremanifestation of autoimmune diseases, this syndrome is composedby 5 types, nevertheless Type I (or juvenile) and Type II (orAdult) syndromes are the most common. APS II englobes AdrenalInsufficiency associated with Autoimmune thyroid disease or/andDiabetes Mellitus Type 1 [1]. We present and interest case of a patientwith Autoimmune Hypothyroidism and Adrenal insufficiency whosediagnosis was delayed by masquerade of diagnosis by concomitantEnd Stage Renal disease.
