The present paper addresses anatomically resolved protein networksby using the Imaging Cycler Microscopy (ICM/TIS) [1,2]. ICM iscapable of resolving protein networks in intact anatomical structuresat a power of combinatorial molecular resolution of 65,553k, wherek is the number of co-mapped proteins, e.g. 100 proteins [1-4]. Thismethod provides insight into the laws of the spatial communicationof large protein networks in health and disease, which is essentialfor new therapy options in diseases.
