Analysis of leadership style influence, job motivation, and compensation towards teacher satisfaction on the foundation of Al-Hasra Bojongsari. Depok City. The aim is to know the phenomena and empirical evidence and conclusions about the influence of the three free variables above (leadership style, job motivation, and compensation) on Variable bound (job satisfaction)both partial and simultaneous. And this study was done using method of quantitative approaches. The technique of sampling being used is an saturated sampling with a sample of as many as 80 respondents. That analysis is regression analysis using a 22 version of SPSS and assisted by MSI at Microsoft excel 2010. The results of this study can be concluded that: (1) there is leadership style affect on job satisfaction with the value of 7.808. (2) there is a motivating effect on job satisfaction with the value of 3.751. (3) there is a compensating effect on job satisfaction with a value of 3407. (4) there are leadership influence, job motivation and simultaneous compensation towards job satisfaction with score of F value of 21.486.
