Felnőtt tanulók Hajdú-Bihar megye szakképzési centrumaiban

A szakképzés a rendszerváltozás óta jelentős átalakulásokat mutató oktatási ágazat, amely átalakulási folyamatnak egyik fontos lépese valósult meg 2015-ben, a centrumok létrejöttével. Kvantitatív kutatásunkban Hajdú-Bihar megye két centrumának tagintézményeiben tanuló felnőtteket vizsgáltuk (1002 válaszadó), így az empirikus munka andragógiai aspektussal is rendelkezik. A kutatási kérdések az intézmény- és szakmaválasztási motivációk; a tanulás folyamata, tanulási nehézségek; a munkaerő-piaci kilátások; és az oktatás értékelése kérdésköreire fókuszáltak.Vocational training has been an education sector that has undergone significant transformations since the change of regime, which was an important step in the transformation process in 2015, with the establishment of the centers. In the new system and operational structure, adult learning has become a policy priority. In our quantitative research, we examined adults studying in the member institutions of the two centers of Hajdú-Bihar county (1002 respondents), so the empirical work also has an andragogical aspect. Research questions include institutional and career choice motivations; the process of learning, learning difficulties; labor market prospects; and focused on issues of education evaluation.
