Significant seasonal fluctuations in the demand for tourist products are characteristic of the tourist market and the tourist industry associated with it. The appearance on the market of tourist products causes the peak seasonal fluctuations in sales and prices during the summer. It also corresponds to the seasonal rise in demand. Tourism imposes an imprint on demand and production, has a significant impact on the profitability of all tourist enterprises, as well as other industries oriented to the maintenance of tourists. The article examined the origin, structure and essence of seasonality, as well as the forms of seasonality, the features of seasonal fluctuations, characteristics that characterize seasonality in tourism, and the factors of seasonality in tourism, considered the possibility of influencing the seasonal unevenness of supply and demand.
