That the achievement of a comprehensive renaissance based on science and based on the diligence of scientists and researchers, requires working collectively as a team of work, to put our universities in the appropriate scientific position, and the nation's modern nation worthy of the glories of their ancestors and achievements, and able to achieve the hopes and aspirations of young people and new generations. This requires a genuine partnership between the State and society in the context of our clear approach to expanding community participation in all our development activities, not only in financing research and scientific activities, but also in shaping scientific research policies and ensuring that they are in line with the concerns of society at every stage. Science must be directed to serve the goals of society, which has been in constant change and evolution.
