The study aims to show the role of the working groups and the analysis of correlation and influence in the service delivery process in general Mutasim contracting company construction one of the formations and the Ministry of construction and Housing, public and municipalities، and adopted the questionnaire as a tool for the study, and the total sample size (55) members of the company researched and included questionnaire on (15) items distributed among the variables of the study teams and delivery service، has been using a range of statistical methods for the analysis of the practical side of the study، including simple correlation coefficient, and the coefficient of determination R2%, test F spss program، and the relative importance and the standard deviation, they found a set of conclusions illusion that there the obvious effect of the teams working in the service delivery operations and، finally، the researchers expressed the most important set of recommendations to encourage work alvrgi in the company being one of the methods that achieve the goals of the company.
