ORGANIZATIONAL AND PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS FOR THE FORMATION OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE OF FUTURE MANAGERS IN THE FIELD OF SEA AND RIVER TRANSPORT

The purpose of the study is analyzes the scientific achievements in the formation of professional competence of future managers in the field of sea and river transport, identifies and substantiates the organizational and pedagogical conditions of their professional training in the higher education institution. Methods: theoretical and empirical general scientific methods (analysis, synthesis, comparison, systematization, generalization). Results. It is specified that the professional competence of the future manager in the field of sea and river transport is understood as an integral characteristic that determines the ability of a specialist to solve problems in the professional sphere using knowledge, life experience, values and aptitudes. It is established that the organizational and pedagogical conditions for the formation of professional competence of future managers in the field of sea and river transport should include: motivation for educational activities and the development of applicants’ cognitive activity for higher education; the desire for self-realization of the individual, achieved through the support of higher education institutions in various innovative practices in the training of future professionals, including the introduction information and communication technologies into the educational process, active learning methods, e-portfolio technology, case study, "business game", etc.; the implementation of methodological skills and abilities of teachers and ensuring their professional development, in order to improve the quality of educational services in higher education institutions. It is determined that organizational and pedagogical conditions are the characteristics of the pedagogical system, which reflects the set of potential opportunities of the spatial educational environment, the implementation of which ensures the orderly and targeted effective functioning and development of the pedagogical system in forming professional competence of future managers in sea and river transport. Conclusions. It is substantiated that the organizational and pedagogical conditions for the formation of professional competence of future managers in the field of sea and river transport allow to focus on cooperation between participants in the educational process, the development of their personal potential and active position of the students.Key words: career opportunities, digitalization of education, methodology, information-communication technologies, active teaching methods, case study method. Мета статті –проаналізувати наукові здобутки щодо формування професійної компетентності майбутніх менеджерів у галузі морського та річкового транспорту, визначити й обґрунтувати організаційно-педагогічні умови їх професійної підготовки в закладі вищої освіти. Методи дослідження: теоретичні та емпіричні загальнонаукові методи (аналіз, синтез, порівняння, систематизація, узагальнення). Результати дослідження. Уточнено, що під професійною компетентністю майбутнього менеджера у галузі морського та річкового транспорту розуміємо інтегральну характеристику, що визначає здатність фахівця вирішувати завдання професійної сфери з використанням знань, життєвого досвіду, цінностей і схильностей. Встановлено, що організаційно-педагогічні умови у формуванні професійної компетентності майбутніх менеджерів в галузі морського та річкового транспорту мають включати в себе: мотивацію до навчальної діяльності та розвиток пізнавальної активності у здобувачів вищої освіти; прагнення до самореалізації особистості, яке досягається завдяки підтримці в закладі вищої освіти різних інноваційних практик при підготовці майбутніх фахівців, зокрема впровадження в освітній процес інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій навчання, активних методів навчання, технології створення електронного портфоліо, методу доцільно підібраних завдань, методу кейсів (case-study), «ділову гру» та ін; реалізацію методичних умінь і навичок викладачів та забезпечення їх професійного розвитку з метою підвищення якості надання освітніх послуг у закладі вищої освіти. Визначено, що організаційно-педагогічні умови являють собою характеристику педагогічної системи, яка відображає сукупність потенційних можливостей просторового освітнього середовища, реалізація яких забезпечить упорядковане та спрямоване ефективне функціонування, а також розвиток педагогічної системи у формуванні професійної компетентності майбутніх менеджерів у галузі морського та річкового транспорту. Висновки. Організаційно-педагогічні умови формування професійної компетентності майбутніх менеджерів у галузі морського та річкового транспорту дають змогу орієнтуватися на співробітни-цтво між учасниками освітнього процесу, на розвиток їх особистісного потенціалу та активну позицію здобувачів освіти до навчання.Ключові слова: кар’єрні можливості, цифровізація освіти, методика, інформаційно-комцнікаційні технології, активні методи навчання, метод кейсів (case-study).
