By increasing international competition, manufacturing companies are looking for suppliers who can deliver high-quality raw materials at low cost. The increasingly intense competition, companies are able to maintain their market position in the long term, which recognize the importance of cooperation between members of the supply chain. The paper examines how to increase the competitiveness of automotive manufacturing companies through network-based operation.
