In the verge of a new Mid Term election, due later this year, President Biden faces what might be a major set back. The American political system might have to settle into a new Divided Government. Yet this a not a new, unprecedented figure, moreover, it is a very common and even typical situation that was last seen after the 2018 Mid Term Elections. With Donald Trump still very much an actor in the Washington Arena, it is worthy to take a look at how he handled it and how a divided government affects the American Government.
