The scientific article defines certain covert investigative (search) actions carried out during the counteraction to the legalization (laundering) of proceeds from crime in the stock market in Ukraine. It is noted that covert investigative (search) actions during countering the legalization (laundering) of income in the stock market should be considered in two directions: covert investigative (search) actions are aimed at fixing the actions of inanimate objects and are aimed at fixing the actions of individuals.
