In the presented article the urgency of development of the program of adaptation of the personnel at the modern Ukrainian enterprise has been researched. The main business processes of its construction are determined and the complex of works is described in the practical application of the program in order to ensure the trouble-free entry of specialists into the work environment of the enterprise and the provision of the organization by competitive workers.
