The article deals with some problems of qualification of the crime under Art. 162 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine and responsibility for its commission. The author pays attention to the most common mistakes in judicial practice regarding the qualification of a crime envisaged in art. 162 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
