The article analyzes and reveals the essence of the concept of “pedagogical conditions”. The scientific views on the pedagogical conditions of the formation of professional responsibility, which are among the most important areas of development of education in Ukraine and improving the quality of training future specialists, are considered. Professional responsibility of the individual, is responsible for the results of success and career prospects. Pedagogical conditions are important, reveal the capabilities of individuals, direct to self-sufficiency, self-criticism, self-improvement in the profession and accumulate on further development, transformation and integration into the European and world community.
