The article deals with the problems of formation of students` individual learning strategies in higher educational institutions. It is noted that modern technologies provide a productive link between a teacher and a student. Educational process becomes person-oriented, which allows students to organize the educational process according to their individual characteristics. The role of innovative technology in the process of formation of individual strategies is determined.
