In changing reality, complex fundamental changes are required. Humanistic values (freedom and security, honor and dignity of the person) remain unchanged, mainly in the educational sphere of the European community, and further contribute to the prevention of deviations and offenses and to reformat the reality. The European integration course requires from Ukraine significant socio-economic, educational, security, as well as сriminal-Law transformations aimed at humanizing the relations between man, stateand society. The development of social relations in Ukraine is accompanied by dynamic and not always systemic changes in reality and, accordingly, the legislation of Ukraine. As a result, there is a need for the transformation of education in the humanistic vector
