The article presents the results of the study of the levels of formation of outlook representations of children of the senior preschool age. The quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the dynamics of the formation of their components are presented. The assortment of modern toys of senior preschool children is analyzed. The criteria of their choice by children, parents and educators are determined. The main tendencies of the influence of a modern toy on the formation of outlook representations of children of thesenior preschool age are outlined.
