У статті розглядаються підстави виникнення правових колізій під час реалізації комунікаційної взаємодії влади й суспільства, а також їхні наслідки в період становлення інформаційного суспільства. Детально досліджується природа невідповідності новоприйнятих законів інформаційної сфери вже чинному законодавству України та пропонуються шляхи розв'язання цих проблем.
The article investigates the grounds for the emergence of conflicts of law, while communication interaction between authorities and society and effects of conflicts during the formation of the information society. A detailed study concerns the nature of the inconsistencies of new laws in the information sector with the current legislation of Ukraine and we also propose ways to solve these problems.
