У статті досліджуються умови, особливості та практичні проблеми договору про пайову участь у розвитку інфраструктури населеного пункту. Теоретичному аналізу підлягають зобов'язання, підставою виникнення яких с укладення договору про пайову участь. Висвітлюються практичні проблеми та законодавчі неузгодженості при реалізації таких договорів.
The article researches the conditions, characteristics and practical problems associated with the contract of divvy's participation. Theoretical analysis are subject to the obligations, which is the basis of origin of the concluded contract of divvy's participation. Indicate the practical problems and legal inconsistencies with the implementation of such agreements.
