The study of the practice of inter-organizational network interaction of enterprises has shown that one of the main reasons for the emergence is the need to set up adequate to the modern needs of the system of consumer value. Therefore, the network approach to the study of quasi-integration relations become popular in economics and management increasingly. The purpose of the article was to evaluate the synergetic effect of network interaction of enterprises using improving methodological tools for quantitative assessment of the effectiveness of quasi-integration. According to the results of the research, the methodical toolkit of quantitative estimation of the synergetic effect of network interaction of the enterprises has been improved on the basis of the system of indicators and a technique of calculation of an integrated indicator of synergy. When assessing the synergetic effect, the emphasis has been on the indicators of competitiveness of enterprises, which according to the results of the using method of a graph, which shows the relationship of indicators to assess the effectiveness of network interaction, was the resultant and reflected the impact to other indicators. The advantages of advanced methodological tools are the objectivity of evaluation, quantitative expression of the effect through the growth of individual performance indicators, integrated assessment of their overall change, and suitability for use in domestic business conditions. The synergetic effect for the enterprises of the mechanical engineering in the Kharkiv region has been estimated for the period of 2015-2019, using the improved method what have testified to the highest efficiency of network interaction management within the industrial group «Ukrainian Industrial Energy Company». The lowest synergetic effect was demonstrated by the enterprises that are part of the State Concern Ukroboronprom. For most of these companies, the synergistic effect has been determined as negative or non-existence. The value of the obtained results in this research lies in the methodological level - as a tool to assess the synergetic effect, and practical - as a basis for the development of tactical and strategic measures for improving the management of business networks in mechanical engineering.
