The purpose of this study was to see the effect of attitudes on behavior, perceptual behavior control and subjective norms on the intention of Kebumen students to invest in stocks using the theory of planned behavior.Data collection was carried out by means of a questionnaire distributed to 80 respondents from the STIE Putra Bangsa. The statistical method used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression with the SPSS 24 program. The results showed that the norm variables variable has no effect on the intention to invest in stocks, while the subjective attitude and perceived behavioral control have a positive effect on the intention to invest in stocks. Simultaneously, the variables of attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavioral control have a significant effect on the intention to invest in stocks.
