This study aims to examine the effect of competence, organizational citizenship behavior, and motivation on performance. The sampling method used is saturated sampling method, namely this sampling technique when all members of the population are sampled. Respondents in this study were teachers of SMK Taman Karya Madya Teknik Kebumen, engineering with a sampel of 74 teachers. This study used descriptive and statistical analysis methods to test the validity, reliability test, t test, F test, determination test, and multiple linear regression analysis. The test in the test shows that competence has an effect on the performance of teachers in SMK Taman Karya Madya Teknik Kebumen, organizational citizenship behavior has no effect on the performance of teachers ini SMK Taman Karya Madya Teknik Kebumen, motivation does not affect the performance of teachers in SMK Taman Karya Madya Teknik Kebumen, and competence, organizational citizenship behavior, and motivation together have an effect on the performance of teachers in SMK Taman Karya Madya Teknik Kebumen.
