This study aims to determine the effect of workload, job dissatisfaction, and compensation for turnover intention. The subject of this study was the marketing staff of Mataram Sakti Kebumen. This study was conducted on 37 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study is saturated sampling. The analysis used is statistical analysis with multiple linear regression tests. The results of this study indicate that partially the workload has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Job dissatisfaction has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Compensation has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. While simultaneous workload, job dissatisfaction, and compensation have an effect on turnover intention.
