This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of service quality on visitor satisfaction on the tourist attractions of the thermal water bath. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method, this study took a sample of 100 respondents to visitors who first visited Krakal hot spring. The data analysis tool uses the help of a computer application program that is SPSS for windows version 23 which includes the Test of Instrument Validity and Reliability, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Regression Analysis and Hypothesis Test. The results of this study indicate that all variables are valid and reliable, there is no multicollinearity, there is no heteroscedasticity and the model meets the assumption of normality. The results of this study show that tangibles variables have a positive and significant effect on the satisfaction of visitors to Krakal PAP, Reliability variables have a positive and significant effect on satisfaction of visitors to Krakatau PAP, the Responsiveness variable has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction of Krakal PAP visitors. Krakal, the Empathy variable has a positive and significant effect on the satisfaction of Krakal PAP visitors, and the five variables also have an effect on the satisfaction of Krakal PAP visitors.
