职业院校作为国家技能人才培养的主战场将为国家“一带一路”倡议、“中国制造“2035”及“工业4.0”等重大战略的实施提供人才保障。《国家教育改革实施方案》的发布为职业院校“双师型”教师队伍建设提供了本质遵循然而当前职业院校“双师型”教师队伍建设还存在范标准模糊不清、结构有待规范、培训实效性低、考评尚待完善等问题。本文从职业院校层面的顶层设计出发以机制建设为抓手提出了切实可行的对策和建议助力职业院校“双师型”教师建设。
