知识经济时代背景下加之市场化机制变革使得社会竞争愈演愈烈人才的战略地位和价值日臻突出其培育工作得到了广泛关注。高职院校作为高等教育服务输出的主体之一在国家系列政策的导引下基于庞大的经济市场需求刺激迎来了前所未有的发展机遇但同时相互间的竞争亦是不断升级。本文基于对高职院校市场营销背景的分析在论述了其展开现状的同时着重就其相应组织策略进行了探究。
