中职班主任借助“班级币”这一代币制手段,基于全人教育的理念,严格执行“斯金纳的操作性条件反射”原理,通过集体层面、学习技能、师生点赞、发放仪式、礼品代换、任务认领等六个角度强化,使学生全方位重新认识自己,树立自信。“班级币”管理模式,改变了学生的认知模式,激发了学生对自己负责的自发性,并且与社会融通具有很现实的社会性。
