当前市场的竞争主要表现在对顾客的全面争夺。谁赢得了顾客也就赢得了市场就能在激烈的市场竞争中生存下来。为此如何使顾客满意也就成了众超市需要思考的问题。本文以顾客满意度相关理论为基础分析了大型综合超市在顾客服务方面存在的问题并提出相应的解决措施以期能够有效提升大型综合超市的顾客满意度。
