办理不动产登记前,建设工程项目需提供相应测绘成果报告,涉及规划核实测量、国土竣工验收测量以及房产实测量。传统测量普遍存在重复测绘等现象,不仅提高了测绘成本,降低了工作效率,耽误了建设方的工作进度,还浪费了大量的测绘资源,且由于不同测绘单位完成,不能很好地统一测绘技术标准,实现成果共享,“三测合一”很好的解决了此问题,现通过本文介绍三测合一,并分析三测合一中房产实测与规划核实建筑面积之间的差异。
